1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing docssevaind.com or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Nature of Service

DocsSeva India provides private administrative assistance, including document review, checklist preparation and advisory services, to help individuals prepare their passport applications before submitting them to the relevant government authority. We:

• Do NOT process passport applications on behalf of clients
• Do NOT submit applications to MEA, Passport Seva Kendra, or any government body
• Do NOT book official PSK appointments on behalf of clients
• Do NOT collect official government passport fees on behalf of the government
• Are NOT a government agency or government-authorised representative

3. Fees and Payment

Our service fees are separate from official government passport fees. Official government fees (payable to MEA/PSK) are the sole responsibility of the applicant and are paid directly at the Passport Seva Kendra or via the official Passport Seva portal.

Our service fees are payable in advance. All prices on our website include applicable GST. A GST invoice will be issued on request.

4. Refund Policy

• Full refund available if requested within 48 hours of payment, before review has commenced
• Once document review has commenced, no refund is available as the service has been rendered
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days
• We reserve the right to decline service if requested documents are incomplete

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

DocsSeva India does not guarantee that following our advice will result in passport application approval. Government decisions are made solely by the Ministry of External Affairs and are outside our control. We provide best-effort document review to reduce avoidable errors, but we cannot guarantee any specific outcome.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete and truthful information and documents
• Submitting their passport application directly to the relevant government authority
• Paying all official government fees directly to MEA/PSK
• Verifying the latest document requirements on passportindia.gov.in before their PSK appointment, as government requirements may change

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PASSPORT SEVA SERVICES LIMITED shall not be liable for:

• Rejection of passport applications by government authorities
• Delays in passport processing by the government
• Any losses arising from reliance on our advisory services
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

Our maximum liability in any event shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on docssevaind.com including text, images, logos and design is the property of PASSPORT SEVA SERVICES LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of our service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page indicates the last revision. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
